Terms of service
These terms are an honest development placeholder and have not been reviewed as a production legal agreement.
During the MVP, fare results may be generated by a clearly labelled sample-data provider. They are not live quotes, cannot be booked through flightFare, and should not be used as a promise of availability.
The service may change or be unavailable while under development. Payment processing, ticket sales, live supplier connections, and automated booking are not included.
A complete agreement covering acceptable use, availability, liability, account termination, and governing law must be prepared and reviewed before public launch.
